Maintain the AWS infrastructure behind Backstage, ship reusable IaC templates and CLIs, lead the move to GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and migrate artifacts to Cloudsmith. Also exploring DevGenAI to speed up the dev loop, with adoption and impact visualized in Grafana.
